You could just have an actual lord, instead of a political party
You can debate fascism vs NatSoc (neither of which I have a negative opinion about) until you're blue in the face, but at the end of the day, if you openly associate yourself/organization with ideologies that have nothing but negative stigmas associated with them, you're gonna have a hard time getting the white society at large to side with you.
Satanist and drug gangs don't seem to have trouble recruiting
