There is a unit that is legit based there and has an armory that's probably what some of the photos I've seen. Vehicles could be staged for a call up or maint but serious admin tasks have to execute to call up a guard unit

And no photo I've seen has an LRAD, just LRAS cameras on humvees

You use those to recon and range and with computers you can text each other images etc
