Yes

It is an option you can choose, and I did choose that option. In an ideal situation, if I could get that camera body and both lenses, I'd be able to do some amazing work. But, if I only raise enough for the body and one lens, I'll still be able to capture 90% of what I want to do.

In the spirit of full transparency, if I don't raise enough, any raised funds will be going to help pay for bus rental, gas, rental house, and other CVille 2.0 costs for the Detroit Right Wings goys who are out of work.

Exactly. The Detroit Right Wings will be bringing a hell of a lot of guys, and 15-20 of them will be carrying large tower shields and forming the bulk of our protective shield line.

So assuming worst case scenario, not enough funds are raised for the gear, you'd still be helping to get those guys down to VA in August.
