Well for anyone who clicks on the link, they'd be told they were referred by Discord. I googled Charlottesville to get to the link, so all they know is someone Googled Charlottesville and read their article. That could be literally anyone. Yes, use caution. Always prudent. But I wouldn't freak out.

One thing I do think everyone should be aware of is Google Docs. I do think if you're logged onto a Google account that they can see your account and get personal info that way. Like literally everything.
