So in your view it is a reasonable scenario that one business would just take over everything but it is not reasonable to expect people to take some initiative and set up their own businesses?

you can set up your own business... but a major corp should not be able to stop them from doing business... the free market should decide

It isn't, it's economic regulation with extra steps

They have fairly gained that influence by doing well in the Free Market

Its just someone else doing it

why shouldn't facebook be allowed to pay them to not do that

They haven't been given the power like the State was they have earn't it by successfully navigating the free market, And that influence can be taken away at any point by the consumer if they stopped using their products

So once you have fairly gained your influence it's ok to ensure no-one else can do it to challenge you
