Interesting read.
I don't know how much I would trust this article and publication, but taking it all as true, it makes a lot of sense.
Collage brainwashes people, intentionally or otherwise, into being very left wing and vehement in their opposition to many other view points.
As soon as you leave that bubble, you realise that people with other opinions are not automatically evil nazis who enjoy kicking kittens and puppies for no particular reason.
We're good at finding solutions, can't wait to see this tech (not) get proper funding and / release into the free market. 😶
Btb, this also means irl iron man and his endeavours just got a massive boost in fuel costs reduction
Lefties: OK, Carbon emissions are causing the planet to warm up! We'll all be dead in 12 years, what is the solution.
Person 1: Destroy the economy! Tax the Rich and implement socialism!
Person 2: Race based policy! Rebuild all the buildings to be carbon neutral!
Person 3: Why not use this handy invention to remove the Carbon, and invest in Nuclear fission plants until we (hopefully) get nuclear fusion, then power almost everything with fusion.
Person 3 gets thrown out of the window.
1&2 = That's dependency of power and unlimited greed for you.
3 Just sayin'... We could if you guys actually wanted to.

What if our climate ('-change' is like repeating the same word) was largely connected to the various length sun cycles?
Don't question the **scientists**, heathen!
There are so many factors regulating our climate, greenhouse gasses are just one. Solar cycles are another.
There are many that never get considered.
For example, as the atmosphere heats up, it expands. And that means it has a greater "surface area" that is exposed to space, if you get what I mean. The greater surface area allows for more energy to be radiated out into space.
I agree. Partially, though. 'Degrees' as in percentages are a bit better arguments.
Principles are more useful for figuring out what should be demoted when assembling the bigger picture, at each point in time, over and over again.
Also, you can ignore anything that starts with 'According to scientific concensus, the...'
Yeah, those lines always make me cringe. They never define consensus.
Just about the only thing scientists will agree on is that 1+1 = 2
Hahaha, you think?
and even then, there will be one guy who demands more proof.
Plus I guess the guys who buy into 1984 a little too much.
I'm saddened by this fact:
https://infogalactic.com/info/Replication_crisis
Question(from a survey to scientists) Do you agree that the climate is changing, has changed in the past, or can change.
Most of them say yes, because all data shows that The climate can change and has changed.
Then you say you have a consensus. You don't say exactly HOW you came to this consensus, you just say you have one. This is the game they play.
The question is hypothetical.
Had to pull an Obama I see...

Then consider sharing with others who can grasp what's in it.
I'm pretty sure eating bugs is Tyranidophobic.
I shall.
