i suppose if you're see anal sex as just another sexual act, it's contradictory. if you see it as riskier, or degenerate or something... then there is something to it *shrug* i won't weigh in here. i'm just trying to find the facts.

theoretically, you can have anal sex with someone thats 14 or 15 if you're under 19 or 20

but

if you have anal sex with soemone 16 or 17 its a crime

entirely because of the contradicting laws

i think you meant to say, you can have *vaginal* intercourse with a 14 year old if you're 19, but it's a crime if they are 17 and you have anal (unless you are married). that's how i understand it.
something tells me fringe cases like that wouldn't be prosecuted by the state. (or crown, or whatever the fuck it is you leafs have)
