I can definitively say that Marxism goes against human nature. And you know why? Because humans are a hierarchical species (they are inevitably such, and even the ancestors of Homo Sapiens Sapiens have had hierarchies IIRC), wheras Marxism preaches for a "Stateless Classless Society" (which would include an utter lack of hierarchy).

On-top of the fact that Marxism provides absolutely no incentive to work. For people to work at their peak efficiency, they must be incentivized to work.
