If you actually want a genuine minimum wage, it's got to be in a progressive system. In which, under 18's get a certain amount, 18 - 21 gets a different pay, 21 - 24 get a different pay and 24+ gets what is classed as a living wage.

should remove minimum wage entirely, it'd help incentivize people to try to better themselves after highschool. knew several career walmart employees who were doing the same job for 20+ years because they made enough to live off of and didn't feel the need to expand their knowledge.
