not sure why they were arrested. just seems like consensual dumbassery ... i fail to see the problem (unless they happen to have endangered other people in the process, of course)
It is interesting, if you remove gang turf violence, and instead focus on public shootings that appear to be only shootings in nature rather than a killing in the comission of another crime, the US ranks among the lowest
