Hell, in Kindergarten I didn't know what sexuality was. I by default liked girls, but I thought "all these girls like is one guy, maybe I do too" and my parents told me "no, you will not like a boy. You are a boy, you will like girls" and I never liked another boy. I think it's completely possible for people to will themselves to like someone or a group of people that they don't naturally like. Even if someone thinks they're gay, I think they can consciously decide that they like the opposite sex. It may take them a little convincing, but I think they can.

I think "love" is malleable. I only kinda liked my ex when I started dating her, but as the relationship went on, I fell in love with her.
