Message from Billy Merse in Southern Front #general
Did they actually state we were terrorists? I thought it was just a list of fringe groups that Posobiec slapped the label onto?
If it's a positive claim issued by a government agency, it should be treated as serious. They have no authority to make "suggestive" gestures.
That's defamation. If they make the claim, the burden of proof is on them to establish their reasoning.
Let's find the page that supposedly mentioned it then.
What's going on?
we turrist now apparently
NJ recently labeled antifa a terrorist org
and, as we know
the alt-right and the SJWs are exactly the same
@Thomas Ryan here is one thing that needs to be challenged as well.
You want to challenge someone calling us white supremacists?
Not "someone". But a government agency should be challenged. MSM, ADL, SPLC, etc are all private organizations. They get plausible deniability by claiming, "That's our opinion." It's a cowardly move. But, they get to play with sophistry like that. Government, on the other hands, does not. They're bound to the rule of law -- which is a philosophical position. i.e. They're bound to logic and reason.
In order for them to make these claims, they have to substantiate their position.
For example: We are not a white supremacist group. White nationalists at best.
So you propose sending them an email? Or making a big stink about it, playing the victim card?
No sir, we would be challenging their claim in order to set the record straight. The burden of proof is on them to substantiate their claims.
They're calling us out.
Claim 1: "Traditional White Supremacist Organizations Attempt to “Rebrand” Re-stating claim 1: "New Generation of White Supremacists"
Via what lines of communication would we challenge their claim?
Claim 2 re our actions: "The group also placed racist fliers on religious and cultural institutions in New Jersey to intimidate minority populations."
Make a public statement in the news paper. A lawyer could answer this best. But, it has to be a formal outlet. In the past, people used to place notices in public-ations. And that would count as a formal notice. But, these rules change.
We do NOT have to respond to them directly. We just need to make a formal publication.
How would we make a statement in the newspaper?
You pay for your notification to be printed.
Lindsey Graham is supporting illegal aliens.
And the DREAM Act.
How about this... (1) I'll write a response to the governments publication. You review it and change what you want. (2) We find where we need to post a formal publication to serve as a rebuttle to their claims.
Go for it.
I don't think it'll work out, but we can see.
Well, it'll at least show we're not hiding in the shadows.
Perhaps, might have trouble finding a paper that'll take it, is what I see.
But that comes down to trying, so let me know when you have a statement and we'll run from there.
he got paroled
