*Oh, I thought I was about to be told I'm not enough of a christian*
@Deleted User Stop spamming.
Okay
coolio dude
now stop it, seriously.
I honestly dont know enough about theology to criticize people on it
Eh,
I'd say the only real place your can criticize a christian with 100% absolute theological backing
is the ten commandments
or however you spell it
No one would argue that those have something else or that they no longer apply.
Otherwise, it's mostly up for debate.
I disagree with that
Well
Who cares about theology. It is the language of schizophrenics.
not just that, and there are others.
Isn't it a sin to cut your hair and shave in the Judeo-Christian bibles?
Looks like 99.9% of humanity is screwed
And example of laws which are not meant to apply any longer
thats old testament law and probably made much more sense back then
same with mixing fabrics
The old convant.
Nothing is eternal.
@Deleted User no one cares faggpt
Yeah I never understood why the fabric mixing thing was such a sin - was it seen as "aristocratic" or something?
You see
I think of it like this
If religion is true, then i go to heavan for believing and repetance, and the infinate forgivaness of the lord.
My theory on mixing fabrics was that a village was like an extended gang so if fighting broke out you would know which color to stab with your spear
If not, then I die and go no where.
But here on earth
I lived a moral, sensible, and humble life.
Hard working and caring.
All becuase I had my faith.
Ah I first thought mixing fabrics was seen as "decadent" and for royalty
I don't know on that one, but yet, it doesn't apply.
There's an importance of morality over law.
And that was law, that was how society should be organized. And not how you should live.
im pretty sure theres an answer to that somewhere
