So all my tools and toolboxes are pretty much destroyed along with the building

I would suggest first having an issue with what work I've actually done before considering capability off of something else.

I've given my pound of flesh for this org and others before, and I've spent a whole lot more time working, organizing, and acting publicly in these circles than many can claim. I surround myself with the best guys available, and they're happy to work with me just as I am with them.

Out of the three guys I work most closely with, two are military vets from different branches. You can ask them if they have many issues. As far as time active in the movement, I'm on par with, or have a head start on them. It's all in how much people put forth.
