we're going to troll some feds
Heck ya
I'm late to the discussion, but I really don't think Hitler hated the Jews.
In Mein Kampf he talks about how until he was in his 20s, he staunchly defended them out of ignorance, and until he learned the absolute truth his stomach still turned when he heard anti-Semitism.
In the camps, they had swimming pools, brothels, welfare, movie theatres, soccer fields, etc. Thousands of Jews were allowed to stay in the Reich as Mischlings, Justified Jews, Honorary Aryans, etc.
Hard for me to believe the guy actually hated Jews.
I think his downfall was that he was able to disconnect his anger from the Jews. If he had been overcome by anger and hate for them, then he would have not made decisions such as that - instead, he looked at it from a more "logical" point of view (to say that in certain cases, their benefits outweighed their detriments), and bought into the "notalljews" meme
Hitler hated the idea of discriminating against a people based on their religion. That is the part of "jew" that he was repulsed by.
That's true. He does make that distinction dozens of times in MK.
I mean that is the part of hatred of Jews he was repulsed by
I could be willing to believe that he made a distinction between "Jew by choice" and "Jew by birth", but IMO the first is more despicable than the second.
He also makes mention of struggle against them as a pro Christian struggle and was actually a practicing Catholic
The Catholic church has never excommunicated him btw
Hehe
Hans also told me that SS men were required to attend a church or religious service every sunday
Either Catholic or Protestant but it had to be Christian
Obviously whenever possible. Doubt they stopped a battle to hold a service.
Communists were seen as not only anti-West but anti-Christian
Makes sense. When you're fighting Jews and Communists (what's the difference) who make a point to destroy traditional Christianity, it's pretty much a given to latch onto those ideals
Speaking of which
Heretic
What is that? 5 or 6 levels of heresy?
She is Lutheran
Didn't some SS divisions bury their men under Tyr runes instead of crosses?
^
Tyr or life runes, I can't remember which is which
Life runes in front of date of birth death runes in front of date of death
I have seen crosses to mark the actual burial site with life and death runes noting dates of birth and death
She's Lutheran?? Lutherans believe in good works and God determining who gets into Heaven.
I've never seen somebody buying up so much space in Hell so quickly
I've never understood people who say they ascribe to a certain religion then go about trying to change it
Not to say other protestants don't think God determines who gets in, but it's a bit different for them than the rest
Same. Why not just choose a different religion?

Religion isn't a democracy
