@Kevin FL I have a hairline crack on my intercooler. I have a millermatic 252 with a spool gun. Can I weld it with that or is it too thin? It's an 08 6.7.
You should be able to with a hairline is it aluminum though? I'd try steel stick less risk of damage

@Kevin FL I feel like my skin gets a little darker every time I use JB weld. I just wasn't sure if it was some special alloy or heat treated or some shit like that. Didn't wanna give it more cracks.
Also I'm running some pretty high pressure in it about 50 to60psi tops.
