I'm going off my scale at home
As long as you're using the metrics provided by the same measuring device, then that's all that matters for assessing progress
13% is a dream for me, so congrats man
Never been below 20... currently counting calories on the road to 220lbs from 250
234 at the moment
Yeah but you deadie a small pickup truck
Is the bloatmaxx worth the lack of aesthetics?
Kind of. Haha
@Suomi Stronk I am the same weight and have noodle arms in comparison. Lol keep it up bro.
@JesseJames I'm actually 168 now as of this morning 😂
I fluctuate between 164 and 172. It's odd but it's been that way for 3 or so years now lol
@Suomi Stronk Good job on the cut my man, takes some good discipline
168 lbs, and still wanting to get a damn good six pack! Curse you, visceral fat!
mirin
lighting boys... lighting
Nice 👌🏻
Damn @Deleted User you’ve been busy since last I saw you
its all lighting haha, though I'd like to think I've gotten bigger since @Deleted User
The Cut Season is real
Mirin' obliques, my guy
I think it's my hip structure is all, like I don't even directly train them. Maybe they get worked alot from deadlifts and squats though
At my boxing gym there was some station set up doing this body index shit cool to see but I think it's kinda bs
I don't understand how standing on a weigh in scale can tell the diffenrce between bone and fat for weight or even find the percentage
It can't
Some scales use body mass impedance. They send a low current into your feet and measure your body's resistance. This isn't super accurate but it's good enough for most people who aren't hard core athletes.
Ah yeah I had to hold two things
Sick
Ha nice !
I would have e liked to attend but I am going on a trip soon, next conference I plan on coming.
Hopefully we can spar a bit this time
That should be the intermission of the conference put on a few bouts to keep entertained
Without even changing out of our coats and ties
