Don't suplement if you are not deficient. WHy would you do that?

2017-12-08 05:51:49 UTC

The onion shit is a meme tbh. And yeah supplements for both these things are helpful. Although there is less bioavailability in vitamins as opposed to getting it naturally from food.

2017-12-08 05:52:43 UTC

During the winter you will be. But like caco said the vitamins are less bioavailabile

2017-12-08 05:52:46 UTC

You need to eat anyway. Why not focus your diet around foods heavy in vitamins and minerals beneficial to T and muscle development?

2017-12-08 05:53:31 UTC

Agreed

2017-12-08 05:53:47 UTC

A diet heavy in polysaturated fats and protein is ideal for this.

2017-12-08 05:55:49 UTC

You've convinced me. No more depending on 12hr sleep sessions and squats for t

2017-12-08 05:56:37 UTC

tfw if I don't set an alarm I regularly sleep 10-12 hours

2017-12-08 05:57:50 UTC

Your body needs it. Like fuck you caco I'm recovering

2017-12-08 05:58:21 UTC

Yeah pretty much, I'm pretty harsh on myself

2017-12-08 05:58:41 UTC

2017-12-08 05:58:53 UTC

Worked + 2 hours at the gym

2017-12-08 05:59:06 UTC

It's 1am and I still haven't eaten since

2017-12-08 05:59:41 UTC

Nice

2017-12-08 07:18:13 UTC

Does anyone prescribe to a Paleo diet/lifestyle? I've been on it for over two months and it's given me considerable benefits

2017-12-08 07:47:48 UTC

I've been Paleo for nearly seven years. There have been varying degrees of strictness modifications to stop myself from becoming too thin. It totally changed my gastrointestinal system. I'm very fond of the lifestyle.

2017-12-08 07:48:49 UTC

@Argument of Perigee , I find it far easier and better for me than strict calorie counting. I find myself keeping good muscle mass and far more energy

2017-12-08 07:52:47 UTC

Yea, calories have no meaning to me with Paleo. I'll eat 3 ribeye steaks for dinner if I want--no fat gain. I've got a very tall & slender build; even so, people see me destroying massive amounts of meat and are speechless at how I maintain my body.

2017-12-08 07:53:02 UTC

Keep at it if it suits you and has great results.

2017-12-08 07:53:58 UTC

I'm glad it works for you as well. Definitely re-affirmation for me that I'm doing the right thing. Thank you.

2017-12-08 16:17:43 UTC

Can you guys explain the benefits paleo is giving you. For instance I've been on keto a few months and it's given me way more energy during the midday when I used to get tired. Do you guys see anything similar from paleo?

2017-12-08 16:46:49 UTC

I actually follow a loose form of paleo - a poor man's paleo if you will

2017-12-08 16:47:09 UTC

I've cut out 90% of carbs. My diet is meat and veggies essentially

2017-12-08 16:47:30 UTC

I can confirm that even following it loosely, there are obvious and strong benefits

2017-12-08 16:47:37 UTC

carbs are important for CNS recover and all sorts of other things

2017-12-08 16:47:58 UTC

paleo is dumb dude stop

2017-12-08 16:48:10 UTC

carbs are literally jewish satan

2017-12-08 16:48:27 UTC

carbs are totally essentiall for muscle building

2017-12-08 16:48:39 UTC

you need carbs as much as fat and protein

2017-12-08 16:49:51 UTC

(((Carbs)))

2017-12-08 16:49:57 UTC

^^^

2017-12-08 16:50:10 UTC

i have a hard time bel;iving your body is recovering at an opitimal rate if your doing heavy compound movments and eating minimal carbs

2017-12-08 16:50:11 UTC

the carbohydrate jew

2017-12-08 16:51:03 UTC

I get all the carbs I need from vegetables tbh

2017-12-08 16:51:19 UTC

i highly doubt thath

2017-12-08 16:51:32 UTC

fuck grains 😤

2017-12-08 16:52:23 UTC

if your doing any kind of deadlift or squat progressions im not sure how your able to keep super low carbs and increase your numbers over reasonable time intervals

2017-12-08 16:52:47 UTC

particularly deadlift
