Am I getting this right
"Haggis is a savoury pudding containing sheep's pluck (heart, liver, and lungs); minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock"
Wew
Pudding
It sounds intense but really it's like any other meat. It's great but not for everyone, like liver
I would try it once
If I ever had the chance lol
Sounds nasty
But I'd try it
I think it's a traditional food
So maby Scottish people today won't eat it 😁
Tfw don't live in the 9th century Scottish highlands, raising sheep 😩😢😕
You have to cook liver right for it to be good. It is easy to do wrong.
First fry bacon and onions. Remove from pan. bread your liver with flour and pepper. Fry in butter for only a few minutes per side. You want rare or medium rare. Salt after cooking. THen enjoy 😃
Yeah that's prob true I tried making it and it was pretty bitter and dry and gross, the onions were good though lol
You have to just barely cook it
