I've done this but without the veggies, and it is really good.

2018-10-03 06:24:44 UTC

Cheap to boot

2018-10-03 06:24:54 UTC

Can't go wrong with chicken breast

What are some good staple foods to gain weight? That are relatively simple to prepare.

2018-10-03 20:16:52 UTC

Oats

2018-10-03 20:16:55 UTC

Milk

2018-10-03 20:17:02 UTC

Throw butter in everything

Milk, cottage cheese, peanut butter. These are my gaining trifecta

2018-10-03 21:46:48 UTC

Doesn’t peanut butter have a huge amount of sugar in it?

2018-10-03 21:47:09 UTC

No

2018-10-03 21:47:33 UTC

Actual peanut butter should have barely any, but even the shitty peanut butters with added sugar still don't have a lot

2018-10-03 21:48:35 UTC

The weird flavored ones probably have a lot

2018-10-03 21:50:08 UTC

Flavored peanut butter?

2018-10-03 21:50:10 UTC

What

2018-10-03 21:51:35 UTC

Ya they have flavors like honey lol

2018-10-03 21:52:13 UTC

But actual peanut butter has little enough sugar that you can use it on keto

2018-10-03 21:53:25 UTC

Well, as long as you're not eating it out of the container with a spoon

2018-10-03 22:01:59 UTC

There is chocolate and white chocolate PB

2018-10-03 22:15:25 UTC

Any way they can to make us fat and stupid

2018-10-03 22:15:31 UTC

Sugar is in everything

2018-10-03 23:10:46 UTC

Get organic peanut butter if you can. You know it is real because it does not last nearly as long as the skippy brand once you open it (no preservatives I assume).

2018-10-03 23:26:49 UTC

Almond butter ftw

2018-10-03 23:59:22 UTC

Almond butter tastes better, too

It seems like a meme. I was having great success (30 pounds down in less than two months) with Keto, skipped breakfasts, stronglifts 5x5 and sprints/calisthentics on off days). But I injured my back and I haven't been able to exercise in 8 days. Thought Snake Diet cold help me keep weight off until I can lift again.
