Never even been in a gym

2017-12-10 18:55:16 UTC

I eat 4 bowls of oatmeal a day. I eat chicken pork tuna and beef with rice or pasta. Also to trick your metabolism you have to eat more frequently.

2017-12-10 18:55:18 UTC

Closest one is 45 minutes away

2017-12-10 18:55:20 UTC

the gym would echo with the sound of a snapping tree branch

2017-12-10 18:55:52 UTC

We have some equipment at work

2017-12-10 18:55:54 UTC

I would get dumbells and use those at home. There's plenty of exercises you can do that can build mass with dumbells.

2017-12-10 18:56:03 UTC

So I use it and work out with my coworkers

2017-12-10 18:56:14 UTC

can you deadlift at work?

2017-12-10 18:56:17 UTC

Ive not had a gym membership in over a year I work out at home and have a very physical job. But you need to be doing the biggest lifts that you can.

2017-12-10 18:56:25 UTC

focusing on bulking your center mass is what you want

2017-12-10 18:56:32 UTC

target your core imo

2017-12-10 18:56:32 UTC

Adjustable dumbbells, pull-up bar, elliptical

2017-12-10 18:56:44 UTC

I have no idea what a deadlift is tbh

2017-12-10 18:56:56 UTC

Was just perusing this feed and noticed that a bunch of people in here don’t know much about heavy weight lifting—which is, of course, okay. But I’ll throw a few tips to help you get big fast. First off, don’t go to the gym and just do whatever workouts you’re feeling. Hit one or two muscle groups with 3 or 4 different workouts—2 if you’re short on time

2017-12-11 00:26:46 UTC

... For each of those workouts, you should do 3 or 4 sets. If you’re a beginner, don’t over exert yourself—this will sacrifice your technique and end up injuring you or making your body disproportionate. Always isolate the muscles you’re working (watch videos on this, it’s a lot to explain—but for instance, don’t arch your back when doing shoulder press; hold your elbows in place by your sides when you’re doing curls)
