2018-04-07 22:08:36 UTC

Good to know he’s a fan of IE...

2018-04-07 22:17:09 UTC

He's said positive things on his channel about IE.

2018-04-07 22:21:35 UTC

absolute unit

2018-04-07 23:15:25 UTC

Really? Can you give me the link?

2018-04-07 23:45:55 UTC

Great pic! @Reinhard Wolff

Does anyone know how to track your shirt order? Never got a tracking number.

2018-04-08 17:25:10 UTC

Glorious! Yes he has said good things about IE's optics in his videos

2018-04-09 16:01:01 UTC

Everyone needs to take the glorious pill

Picture from this Sunday's Paris-Roubaix bicycle race, the biggest one-day race of the year. Podium finisher Niki Terpstra checks the tire pressure on the bike of the winner Peter Sagan after Sagan pulled a superhuman feat of pulling away from the pack of riders drafting each other and pushed a 2-man breakaway for hours all the way to the finish. Niki's face is covered with dirt from the racing through France's cobbled back roads.

His face is a look of scorn and incredulity trying to figure out what gave Sagan his edge. How could he hold off the group for 54km? Maybe Sagan took a risk and rode at a greater tyre pressure (90 psi, for example), rather than the 70s and 75s other teams choose to ride the cobbles on. Maybe he rode a lower pressure!

How did he beat me? What's his secret?

I don't feel like I'm getting anything from my side planks

2018-04-10 16:39:16 UTC

Anybody got a protip of what I might be doing wrong?

2018-04-10 16:44:50 UTC

What are you expecting to happen ? It's really hard to notice core results be it strength or hypertrophy related.

2018-04-10 16:45:56 UTC

One thing you could try is literally flexing your abs as hard as you can while you're doing it, breathe the air out at the beginning too which will provide a much stronger "crunch" feeling

2018-04-10 16:46:27 UTC

You'll be able to do it for less time however, just do more

2018-04-10 16:53:44 UTC

I don't feel any burn or struggle when I do it

2018-04-10 16:53:48 UTC

Do I just need to do it longer?

2018-04-10 21:47:36 UTC

Most fit people can do things like planks forever, idk what you're going for lol. Do em longer if you want, or try doing them weighted, at least the normal, not side planks.

2018-04-11 00:31:53 UTC

ive always hated planks

2018-04-11 00:32:00 UTC

even loaded w/ 45s is boring

2018-04-11 01:13:25 UTC

yeah but its mental toughness training too

2018-04-12 00:44:01 UTC

Ab rollouts > planks

2018-04-12 00:48:07 UTC

situps > all else ;)

2018-04-12 00:49:50 UTC

Heavy beltless deads and squats

2018-04-12 00:54:42 UTC

tbh^

2018-04-12 10:51:47 UTC

@Deleted User Specifically, ab mat sit-ups > all else

2018-04-12 20:18:30 UTC

oo, never seen that before

2018-04-12 21:03:21 UTC

Total ab isolation, and an absurd stretching/contracting

2018-04-12 21:04:18 UTC

lemme go get a pillow then, lol

2018-04-12 21:27:37 UTC

If you are ever low on energy for the gym listen to this lady whine about the holohaox and feel the rage

2018-04-13 20:20:28 UTC

Just found out my shirt should be in by tomorrow!

2018-04-14 17:02:05 UTC

Set 2 PRs today. 198 lb clean & 154 lb snatch

2018-04-14 17:02:36 UTC

Definitely had more room on the clean if I could fix my right knee tracking inward on the squat

2018-04-14 17:20:08 UTC

Nice work!

2018-04-15 12:02:35 UTC

If one of us was, I know he would rep IE well.

Is there any good way to learn a martial art on your own? I'm pretty isolated where I live and I have nobody to spar with.
