I just need a place to work out for 2 months while I'm not in school
After that I'll just go back to my school gym
4.76 mile run tonight taking it easy
Switched to a 4.02 run, finished in 26:44
Way too slow
Should be 22-23
Hey, props for getting out and running that distance.
It's fun knowing there is some progress to be made too
I'm in the same boat.
Who in here has a good feel for estimating bodyfat from a selfie?@here
@Jacob You could just use the 2 months to go on a hardcore calisthenics kick, if gym shopping is going to be a hassle.
Theres lots of these on the inter-tubes if you search “body fat pictures men”
@Deleted User Yeah, these search results are so subjective.
There's no consensus.
I just going to claim 15% bodyfat
It's hard to estimate, because muscle size and fat distribution are also factors
I think im about 12 right now
maybe 13
If definitely claim though that the 13% looks pretty accurate for me
You're probably closer to 10-12% based on that picture you posted a while back
you guys should check out DexaFit. A DexaScan is the most accurate reading of BF % currently available
@Tyler0317 That might be what I'll have to do. I guess I'll need to read up on different exercises I can do without equipment so I can switch it up and affect more muscles. Still would be cool if I could figure out a way to get a gym membership for the time being. Largely for the sauna.
Check this out. They are making calisthenics great again!
I ended up finding a 3 month gym membership for $99
This is still useful though
Thanks

100$
home gym master race
That's a decent price for three months
Yeah, the 24 hour gym I used to go to was about $30 a month. I can go to my local YMCA for free due to me going to college, but I much preferred the 24 hour one
Good thing though is that both have a sauna, a must for me
@Deleted User Well... I don't really have a "home" for a home gym
I'm moving into an apartment when school starts back up
But I'll just use my school gym then
knowing how to work out without equipment is a great thing to know
Of course
Lol
Still confused on why the 1000lb total isn't yet a prerequisite to join IE
