@Austen I did wrestling for most of my life, it gives you traps because wresting is all about finding “levers in the opponent” (neck, arm, leg, etc) for example a duck under will work your traps because you’re pulling the opponent towards you.
Also the Chad Iowa Hawkeyes and Penn State vs the Virgin everyone else.
