@Jacob You could just use the 2 months to go on a hardcore calisthenics kick, if gym shopping is going to be a hassle.

Theres lots of these on the inter-tubes if you search “body fat pictures men”

2018-06-29 14:41:43 UTC

@Deleted User Yeah, these search results are so subjective.

There's no consensus.

I just going to claim 15% bodyfat

2018-06-29 15:06:13 UTC

It's hard to estimate, because muscle size and fat distribution are also factors

2018-06-29 16:48:36 UTC

I think im about 12 right now

2018-06-29 16:48:41 UTC

maybe 13

2018-06-29 16:48:48 UTC

If definitely claim though that the 13% looks pretty accurate for me

2018-06-29 18:18:32 UTC

You're probably closer to 10-12% based on that picture you posted a while back

you guys should check out DexaFit. A DexaScan is the most accurate reading of BF % currently available

2018-06-29 22:31:02 UTC

@Tyler0317 That might be what I'll have to do. I guess I'll need to read up on different exercises I can do without equipment so I can switch it up and affect more muscles. Still would be cool if I could figure out a way to get a gym membership for the time being. Largely for the sauna.

2018-06-30 02:15:16 UTC

Check this out. They are making calisthenics great again!

2018-06-30 02:15:23 UTC

I ended up finding a 3 month gym membership for $99

2018-06-30 02:15:31 UTC

This is still useful though

2018-06-30 02:15:33 UTC

Thanks

100$

2018-06-30 02:31:24 UTC

home gym master race

2018-06-30 02:34:43 UTC

That's a decent price for three months

2018-06-30 02:38:04 UTC

Yeah, the 24 hour gym I used to go to was about $30 a month. I can go to my local YMCA for free due to me going to college, but I much preferred the 24 hour one

2018-06-30 02:38:14 UTC

Good thing though is that both have a sauna, a must for me

2018-06-30 02:47:07 UTC

@Deleted User Well... I don't really have a "home" for a home gym

2018-06-30 02:47:24 UTC

I'm moving into an apartment when school starts back up

2018-06-30 02:47:45 UTC

But I'll just use my school gym then

2018-06-30 02:54:50 UTC

knowing how to work out without equipment is a great thing to know

2018-06-30 02:58:07 UTC

Of course

Still confused on why the 1000lb total isn't yet a prerequisite to join IE

Some motivation at its finest

2018-07-09 02:26:24 UTC

Nice, met that guy in Finland

2018-07-09 02:26:32 UTC

Really nice and mild mannered, which is funny given what he talks about

2018-07-09 05:36:51 UTC

Really Love that guys speeches. Listen to them when ever I feel down or lack of motivation on why we do this

2018-07-09 07:43:52 UTC

Does this guy have valid complaints, or is he just butthurt that the trainer made him *actually work out*?
