Me either. I hit the gym before daybreak.
No energy boost needed first thing in the A.M.
When I take pre workout I just sweat profusely lol
preworkouts never really affected me much
maybe I just need to piana it

I just do creatine and maybe a little caffeine before working out. Never been a huge fan of stimulants.

@ChippedStones creatine isn't what causes that sensation. That would be the other vitamins and stimulants that's marketed in these SUPER CHARGED MONSTER GAINZ preworkouts.

@Gerald Cunningham I see, I’ve only used it two times, but yeah it was a pre workout so I guess my view on it is a bit skewed.
