<@&467800803315286046> I think we should start talking seriously about Warrior Dash 2019. The locations are different this year so we'll have to change our plans a little bit. If you guys want me to still bring my camper the MN location is the only cost effective option for me. (Caribou Gun Club 30649 380th St, Le Sueur, MN 56058) I would also be happy to do it in another location and spend my money on airfare rather than fuel. @Will - MD It would probably be a good idea to make a Warrior Dash 2019 channel here on the fitness server so we can coordinate.

I took it up a couple years ago and they definitely help you regulate body temp better and I rarely if ever get sick.

If it's a particularly cold day I'll start on lukewarm and work my way down, but usually I barely turn it on, yes. I just turn it on enough to the point where the pressure is normal

Cold water shouldn't dry it out (hot will) but it might be your body wash or just the winter

Body wash tends to dry out the skin, which is exarcerbated by a cold climate and dry heat from household heaters.

I use moisturizing body wash and there is also moisturizer/lotion that is designed to be applied in the shower. You can pick these up at most large grocery stores.

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN I like to use a brush with semi strong bristles, not a luffa. I argue the brush helps get rid of dead skin. Moisturizing afterwards or having good water intake also helps out
