This is the argument for universal basic income. Robots replace labor that lower IQ people can do. We then have to take care of them. We can't do that if we're 80% black and mexican. If there were a few 80s IQ whites, we could wing it.

Indeed, that's what Japan does. they (at least until recently) use automation and robots rather than immigrants

I went to a free dental clinic for work. All of the receptionists were Mexican. All of the patients were Somali with a lot of children getting free state funded care. Also, recently saw a ~1200 sq ft house with 15 mexican children exiting. I counted.

yes lots of malaria in Africa

Just FYI - Sickle cell trait provides protection against malaria. That's likely why it hasn't been selected against in the black population in Africa.
