Would include specific information on Teredo, WebRTC and some weird specific MS Windows DNS stuff that has to be disabled as well as IPV6 for a VPN to properly function. Good Win10 is such a pile of garbage. From a normie user perspective it isn't bad, but from any technical or development or mass deployment perspective its absolutely awful (much worse than Vista)

Going back to the burner phone discussion... Can anyone point me in the direction of such a phone/service provider? What I'm mostly seeing requires a monthly plan--which is unnecessary. Just a basic text/call-only phone with a certain number of texts/minutes that don't expire would be ideal.

Either that, or she removed the throttling because I complained and she lied when she said there was no throttling in the first place.

Same thing happened to me when I had high data usage. I tried the "unplug it, plug it back in" technique with no luck. Had to call them and then that technique worked.
