Since rebel yell came out yesterday with our donation announcement we might get a few more
@Thomas Ryan I figured
So every member needs to donate at least 40 bucks
If only members donate, then the math works like that, yes
We don't have dues. $40 is a competitive price for right-wing group dues for 4 months.
Friday isn't too late, is it? Can put in significantly more than 40 then
Friday is not too late
I just donated like 32 today
Remember ask your friends to help out
I could do $40 on my next paycheck it's just a matter of when that is vs the deadline.
Also I agree. Staying "active" isn't necessarily enough. Everyone should be lifting even if it's just calisthenics and you don't have gym access. 5x5 bench squat deadlift and pull ups all day.
I squat every other day
Dumb bell press every other day.
Alternate days of running and press/lift/squat
I have an excel use bike and 40 pound free weight bench.
That's really all you need. Do 1x5 bar for form check, 5x5 of weight increasing every set, then 1x1 of one rep max
I'm not going for swole as fuck, I'm going for athletic and in shape
That's the skellington to fit method
*sxcercise bike
fuck my phone
Ew
If you look real close, you can see that Fox is the one being thrown from the helicopter.
Doxxed
We need awoke as fuck people tho
Swole
We need skinny athletic too but we're lacking on the swole as fuck
Well you get swole as fuck.
I will be an adonis by the time i'm through.
You can be a linebacker if you want.
I would like to but I don't enjoy eating that much
Look at this beautiful man.
Oh. Sorry
I lift every other day so one week is 3 days the next is 4. I squat bench shoulder press do pull ups each one of those days. Also dips and a couple sets of curls. I generally do 4-5 sets of 5 reps on each exercise. Eat 300 cals over maintenance when gaining muscle, when cutting I eat about 700 cals under maintenance.
I actually want to get to where I only use my bodyweight.
Do it man. Calisthenics builds good, real, functional strength. You won't get big but if that isn't your goal then it works.
I used to do exclusively calisthenics. I took like 3 years off everything from 2013-2016. Calis got me back into it really well
