Just saw the video. He seems like he's on the spectrum, in all seriousness. He was borderline shouting like an angry robot. Its okay to have passion and all, but you have to be able to direct and present it. Geez he even uploaded an 'IE version' of the video he showed in chat earlier that wasnt any more redeeming either.

He was new to IE. Then management saw his videos and was alarmed by it. He was therefore removed and apparently did not react well to being removed. That’s pretty much it.
