None. I have a squat rack set up and I do strong lifts 5x5
I had got a free college degree plus a grant for being good at sports.
Burpees are for CrossFit
"burpees are for crossfit"... can people who lift do any cardio at all? like even a little bit?
Tfw paying for everything myself but because my parents aren't poor am not eligible for free college
Are burpees cardio? Maybe if you can do a lot of them
Just do sprints or something useful
College is basically free in Ireland anyway. It’s rent where you get raped
My Masters is 6 grand a year and rent is 390 a month, not including bills
Think a 9 month lease works out to about 3,000
Not in Dublin then
Jesus no
Why tf would I do anything in Dublin lol
no shit you fuckers have free college you don't have a population of leeches that number in the millions YET!!!!
can u chill
i am always chill
Just hit 225 for 10 on my squat
@Slavic Chad good job!
Nice. Just hit 185 on bench
Don't neg me
I will never neg movement in the right direction. Everyone has to start somewhere
And that's pretty good for month
Thanks king
Good stuff bois
I’m just back squatting after being injured for a long time. Glad I haven’t lost too much strength
What did you injure?
Idk if i should ask this here, but would anyone know what would cause numbness in legs after doing a few push ups?
Numbness? A trapped nerve in your shoulders could do it
yeah sounds like a nerve issue
Unless you're extremely unfit it's almost certainly nerve related
In your legs? Could be related to lower back problems that the push up position strained.
I tore my groin
Just your feet or somewhere specifically in your legs? Do your legs feel weak when it happens or does it just go away?
legs they don't feel weak though.Maybe it is lower back problems.Theres been like 10 years that i spent most of my time sitting.
It goes away when i get back up
What part of your legs? If you feel it in your ass a little it's certainly that. Try working core exercises that aren't too strenuous
Hyper focus on that too because if you can't do push-ups without pain you're probably not gonna going to do well in other areas
The numbness is above the knee, below the knee, and feet. Nowhere else.I'll look up some core excersizes to do. Thanks
Probably cutting off blood flow somehow which is usually just positional rather than some problem you have. See if you can check your posture in a mirror while you do them to make sure you’re not doing something weird like jamming your head back or over arching your lower back.
