What part of your legs? If you feel it in your ass a little it's certainly that. Try working core exercises that aren't too strenuous

2018-10-13 23:49:33 UTC

Hyper focus on that too because if you can't do push-ups without pain you're probably not gonna going to do well in other areas

The numbness is above the knee, below the knee, and feet. Nowhere else.I'll look up some core excersizes to do. Thanks

Probably cutting off blood flow somehow which is usually just positional rather than some problem you have. See if you can check your posture in a mirror while you do them to make sure you’re not doing something weird like jamming your head back or over arching your lower back.

If it's around the knee it's probably positioning like he said. Or you might have knee problems you need to have checked out. My lifting buddy has arthritis in his knees it would be best to check if you have problems like that.

Remember that the most important part of self-improvement is to take a moment everyday to ask yourself "is what I am doing good for Israel?"

@BWMiller thx bro

Personally I find the dash method the most effective, but the problem with it is if you don't have the option to stop after 5 minutes (i.e have a paper due tomorrow morning) it can backfire or become less effective. That's the one where you only commit to doing something for 5 minutes, but the catch is if it still feels dreadful you stop. However in most cases the hardest part is to get started, and forcing yourself to do 5 minutes often lessens the anxiety.
