Good stuff bois

2018-10-13 09:51:55 UTC

I’m just back squatting after being injured for a long time. Glad I haven’t lost too much strength

2018-10-13 15:46:23 UTC

What did you injure?

2018-10-13 20:31:19 UTC

Idk if i should ask this here, but would anyone know what would cause numbness in legs after doing a few push ups?

2018-10-13 20:36:58 UTC

Numbness? A trapped nerve in your shoulders could do it

2018-10-13 20:48:03 UTC

yeah sounds like a nerve issue

2018-10-13 20:56:06 UTC

Unless you're extremely unfit it's almost certainly nerve related

2018-10-13 22:06:42 UTC

In your legs? Could be related to lower back problems that the push up position strained.

2018-10-13 23:34:40 UTC

I tore my groin

2018-10-13 23:40:06 UTC

Just your feet or somewhere specifically in your legs? Do your legs feel weak when it happens or does it just go away?

2018-10-13 23:45:19 UTC

legs they don't feel weak though.Maybe it is lower back problems.Theres been like 10 years that i spent most of my time sitting.

2018-10-13 23:46:47 UTC

It goes away when i get back up

2018-10-13 23:48:44 UTC

What part of your legs? If you feel it in your ass a little it's certainly that. Try working core exercises that aren't too strenuous

2018-10-13 23:49:33 UTC

Hyper focus on that too because if you can't do push-ups without pain you're probably not gonna going to do well in other areas

2018-10-14 00:07:39 UTC

The numbness is above the knee, below the knee, and feet. Nowhere else.I'll look up some core excersizes to do. Thanks

2018-10-14 01:41:53 UTC

Probably cutting off blood flow somehow which is usually just positional rather than some problem you have. See if you can check your posture in a mirror while you do them to make sure you’re not doing something weird like jamming your head back or over arching your lower back.

2018-10-14 02:01:05 UTC

If it's around the knee it's probably positioning like he said. Or you might have knee problems you need to have checked out. My lifting buddy has arthritis in his knees it would be best to check if you have problems like that.

2018-10-15 01:49:16 UTC

did stronglifts for a while

2018-10-15 08:02:43 UTC

I just lift whatever I feel like on the day. I usually do back a couple of times a week and and as much deadlift variations as my body will put up with

2018-10-15 08:03:47 UTC

I did the Bugez training on a few lifts but it’s tough on the joints
