normans are especially annoying oer here
90kg on bench is most I've ever done as a one rep max
But I don't really gauge by those I'm on 5x5
I had to scale everything back to square one after an injury over the summer so I'd say it'd be much lower now
I've only been back in the gym a week
injury from lifting or something else?
On 45kg bench atm
Running I think
Stress fracture in foot
I think it was likely the hard leather brogues my work forced us to wear
damn
stress fractures are scary
I was also training to get into the army but ofc that went out the window till next year after that
I had one in my lower back for a while. They're a bitch
Yeah I don't even know what the cause was so I could do it again
Oof
does ireland have their own army
Howd you manage that?
how does UK military work
Nice try lol
Bent
Rows are easily my worst lift form wise
Same here. Just gotta go with a lower weight and practice I've been getting better
At least in a squat you can look at your knees and feel where the weight is on your feet, with a row I never know am I rounding my back too much or too little or what
OHP is my worst weight wise but I think that's fairly common as well
Yeah I think I can only do 95 or 115 on that
How u liek my ghetto incline bench setup
Supreme home gym nigger rig
noice
Lol how does that even support your back?
I just lean back
It supports my upper back/shoulders and I keep the rest of my back straight
And I only have 25s so it's not that heavy
broke niggas really be out here
Is there another way to do upper chest at home? Besides decline push-ups
uhh
Spit it out nigga lol
@Punished Örlogskapten ☧ you mean incline?
Weighted push ups are pretty under rated. You can just put weights in a back pack
