Just be big dude
You'll probably look goofy getting toned if you're a big boy now
In all seriousness though, you could just restrict your carbs and the weight will come off. Not to the point of being in ketosis as that’s just a pain in the arse to manage.
“Toned” means nothing. It’s just lower fat and increased muscle mass, you can only do one (without PEDs anyway)
@Inquisitor of this Flavortown Cardio is the best way to lose weight. If you're in decent athletic shape I'd recommend running a couple miles a day. Otherwise if running's not an option, swimming or biking are good alternatives. Try to stay off treadmills if possible bc they suck way more than running outside or on a track.
@Inquisitor of this Flavortown when I first started lifting 2 years ago I was like 5'9, 165lbs, 25%bf and now I'm 5'10 or 11, 147lbs and about 13-14%bf. and that's not from consistent workouts and a great diet. I've only been consistent in the past 10 months and started fasting too and it helped to lean out alot
why do treadmills even exist
fucking boomers
"Treadmills are for hamsters"
If ur going to run do it outside in a park!
Only reason to do cardio specific exercises are if you cheated too much on last nights snacks
Or to actually work on your endurance
Rucking is good too. Especially if you're really fat and running will destroy your knees.
eliptical
im gonna run in the evenings so nibbas dont see me
who here /nightwalk/ gang
Get 8 hours of sleep
yeah youre right

@Punished Örlogskapten ☧ whats so bad about treadmills
it's kind aweird running in front of normans unless it's PE or soemthing
stop being retarded dude just run who gives a shit who looks at you
ok
Normans don't judge you for running don't worry
185 double on bench boys. What's your max fellas?
@NormanLord u sure?
normans are especially annoying oer here
90kg on bench is most I've ever done as a one rep max
But I don't really gauge by those I'm on 5x5
I had to scale everything back to square one after an injury over the summer so I'd say it'd be much lower now
I've only been back in the gym a week
injury from lifting or something else?
On 45kg bench atm
Running I think
Stress fracture in foot
