I think white people are apathetic because they've been beaten down for so long, they've forgotten that it's OK to stand up and be proud of who we are

once we normalize white identity, it'll only be natural for them to want to be around their kind, openly and explicitly, whereas right now it's just an implicit, "white flight" sort of thing

the important think is that you all focus on self improvmement; learning skills, making money, and all that. If you can do that then moving to a community wont be hard. I suspect that the reason other groups fail is because the individual members dont have their lives in order and assume that the group will provide them with everything they need. If you can be adult enough to move to some town and build/buy a home there, then thats all you ultimately need to suceed. It's important to view this discord as primarily a tool for learning and connecting with people, everything else is in your own hands.

Suggestion: Is there anything we can do to get people more involved in the server? I mean it in the sense of, lets say we have 500 people on the server, but only like 40 or 50 are really involved in it. Of course people who want to be involved are going to be active, but I'm worried about if say someone joins and loses interest in the community after some time? The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is something like game nights or maybe branches of users directly engaging other users in chats and stuff (self improvement squads?).

although we do already have some cool stuff like movie nights and book club

for community stuff, i try to host a filmclub weekly, Polak just started a book club (see announcements)

beyond that everyones encouraged to discuss random stuff and shit-post in appropriate channels to stay engaged

Beyond that it might be enough for some people to just check in occasionally, the important thing is that people here maintain contact, even if they dont post on a regular basis
