That isn't what we were doing or what you had described.
No, they aren't exactly the same.
Just a general overload of really intricate and complicated arguments.
That's why I put all three there.

Okay, perhaps they are somewhat loosely related.
The last one is probably the most applicable, but I've always considered the Gish Gallop a sort of overarching term for overload tactics. According to the current definitions though, it includes lying, which isn't always necessarily true in my opinion.

This applies only when the your being coerced into something by concepts over your head. In this case, we were breaking down the terrible arguments that you yourselves did not even understand.
If you are looking to persuade anyone of anything, calling them idiots isn't going to get you very far. And it's not so much about a lack of understanding it's a bout making arguments concise enough to digest and rebut without getting overly complicated and obscure. As I said, the vast majority of people you meet will have zero experience with metaphysics and philosophy of this depth. The object of discourse is understanding, needlessly complicating things is antagonistic to that goal.
