and medicare is mostly spent for the last 6 months of ones life....but you see how much those last 6 months of life are so vital to keeping the healthcare economy going
interesting
Whoa
You two should get profile pictures or something
I thought there was only one person talking at first, thinking this was spam.
yeah we're schizophrenic
😰
no, we're not
nothing redpills someone faster than having to pay a taxes out the ass after you spent years studing to become a productive member of society, while others are just leeches
@Orchid a clsoe second is people with loud cars and music buy a house on your street..hasnt happened yet to me but thats the future
Is Cascadia a valid name?
one of my main concerns with going offgrid is the woman. unless there's kids involved, she always has the option to pack up and leave. just like amish/mormon culture, there's a small percent that ditch
if shit really HTF worldwide then it's different, she'll have to stay for protection, but if not it'll be tempting
women will always go with the best option its definitely difficult
Hey Cyroog!
and i shouldnt say best option i should say most popular and most comfortable
when i get married i'm poppin babies in that bitch every 9 months
@dt jesus's birth control..always be pregnant
lol!
can i just get a poll...if you know if in your area are houses for sale selling because they arent by me and im worried about another housing bubble?
idk what you're asking.....but buying a house is a bad idea
im asking if houses are sitting on the market by you
like theyre for sale and no ones buying
and also what makes you say buying a house is a bad idea....i feel alot of people have this opinion i still think its the only way to get ahead in life...but i wouldnt max myself out on a loan and buy a very basic house
Building a House > Buying a House > Renting a House
tl;dr - would you put a giant amount of your portfolio into a high risk investment such as a house? no
ok lets see what this wizard has to say about houses lol...i wonder if hes enjoying the 10x10 concrete
@Ammianus Marcellinus i agree but sometimes a worn down house can actually be purchased for less than the land value and the house is already halfway completed meaning the structure and foundation so youd only have to build half of a house
watch shkreli's vid....i know a lot of people think they know where the market's heading, but i don't believe that. i also don't want to waste my time researching all that crap. i would rather put my money into something I kno
Know, love, and believe in....bitcion
*bitcoin lol
i am watching shkrel ...i was just asking a simple question bitcoin is more volatile but it has the benefit of being liquid
agreed
bingo
i can get out of bitcoin....right now. a house? good luck
thats what im worried about another housing bubble...youre confirming my suspicions...we shall wait and see
