and also what makes you say buying a house is a bad idea....i feel alot of people have this opinion i still think its the only way to get ahead in life...but i wouldnt max myself out on a loan and buy a very basic house

@Ammianus Marcellinus i agree but sometimes a worn down house can actually be purchased for less than the land value and the house is already halfway completed meaning the structure and foundation so youd only have to build half of a house
