Highschoolers from middle class families that get started on pills @dt, its relatively cheap (not as cheap as meth which is more for Mexicans and older whites it seems) but opiates only last so long before you need to start smoking heroin to get the same effect, then by that point you're addicted and the next step is to use it IV. Its really a socioeconomic issue
