Sure. But why does the See of Rome have authority over Antioch, which also had St. Peter's disciples
It seems clear to me that Orthodoxy and the patriarchs have just as much claim to authority as the See
Because in Matthew 16:18 Christ explicitly establishes Peter as the head of the Church, which is why the apostolic sees have bishopric authority under the see of Peter.
I see
I'll read about that

Guys howmst do I become Christian
i was reading about how puritans believe God sometimes judges them as a collective community, so in order to receive favorable judgement they get rid of the bad elements/people in their society. a more communal basis like that is very powerful
It seems to have worked very well, we can see this by the fact that puritans no longer exist
In theory it could be resurrected, but it sounds kind of gay
Not sure if you're trolling @Mephisto but text version -> https://www.bible.com/bible/111/JHN.3.16.niv ... but good question for call in show - would love to hear Nick's answer on that
Only half-trolling, I know its an incredibly vague question. I've been looking into it for awhile but have basically just been reading / information seeking, I need to go to church or something
Sometimes churches help, other times they're filled with too many drones. I'm NO expert by any stretch but I'm pretty sure it's simple as that John 3:16 verse. Though I know this is Nick's house and he's Catholic (I'm Protestant) so he may have different input on the topic.
Keep them in your prayers
