The things that pisses me off about this rationale is how easily its disproven. If anonymous accounts on the internet are able to sway politicians because they "sway Trumps policy and keep his feet to the fire" dont you think that left wing twitter, which gets over 10x the amount of exposure, would sway Trump's opinion even more?

If a mainstream right winger like shapiro gets 20k likes, its a huge deal. Alt right twitter busts a nut if they get close to 10k, and meanwhile, random bullshit on left wing twitter regularly breaks past 100k likes and RTs. The amount of delusion that these people have to think that the president cares and looks at memes, specifically on alt-right twitter, one of the most isolated and insulated communities on the internet, is beyond delusional.
