The fitness isn't difficult really
Even for a beginner athlete you could get there in a month
20 pushups and 20 crunches. Each in two minutes.

I would need a month of conditioning myself
I'm average, borderline beta
I could get 20 in less than 40 seconds but I wear myself out quickly

I used to do dailies, two months or so I could've pulled off a 50
Set aside 20-30 minutes each day for weights and excersizes. Another 20 for cardio if you're feeling like you're out of shape.
Adjust intensity and sets accordingly.
