You can have the buoyant force if the fluid is constantly accelerating in a direction

Because that creates the same pressure gradient as gravity

also, the centrifugal force affects buoyancy. Any accelerative force does it.

Centrifugal force is a result of circular motion, which is constant acceleration

So in reality the FES idea makes more sense than density and buoyancy.

But it fails other tests
