Yeah it's crazy I read an article about the blue wave today and it was a poll that surveyed 1000 americans to see if they were voting democrat or republican. Democrats had a +14 lead according to this poll. Except... that's not how the congress is elected. You can have democrats win 99% in their districts and Republicans win 55/45 in their districts and have a Republican sweep

Sometimes the polls are real but the questions they ask are not relevant to the election, like when 2016 the news would report on nationwide polls. Assuming they were not juked (though FTN usually had good deep dives on them showing all the tricks they used to juke them) the fact is Presidency and House aren't nationwide elections. Electoral College or go district by district

Ok I confess I use drudge a lot. I tried using infogalatic but well it sucks. That and Vox is well, not a good source in my opinion. Is there a better daily news one stop shop?
@MrBland - VA I use Drudge a ton too, just gotta be aware of its biases. It's how I stay connected to the normies' pulse

I know most of you are even more informed than me on this, but i happened to talk to some relatives who live in Northern Italy today and they were telling me that Prime Minister Salvini has quickly become a hero over there for taking the brave and courageous stand he has taken. they were telling me that he has a huge support because the people feel that he has listened to them and to their concern about their identity, culture and history being under attack. I bet other European Countries are watching closely to what's happening in Italy and i bet there will be more "Salvinis" rise up in other European Nations.
