Woods have caves. We just call them "bears."

2018-09-06 17:03:46 UTC

It would be nice to be engaged in a fight as concrete as getting mauled by a some paleolithic monster. It's tough to get modern whites to accept there's even a threat, let alone e to convince them to act.

2018-09-06 17:13:25 UTC

I'd say our fight is against something as concrete as any other, even if some parts of it aren't as tangible as we'd like

2018-09-06 17:13:45 UTC

perhaps not as... primal as we'd all prefer

2018-09-06 17:24:18 UTC

He only eats those who shun the keto diet.

2018-09-06 17:38:03 UTC

This porkloin and brocolli sure is satisfying. Sure would hate if some carbs were to ruin it.

2018-09-06 17:44:49 UTC

Keto works. Making bullet proof coffee. Oh yeah!

2018-09-06 17:52:44 UTC

Keto + intermittent fasting + exercise is a foolproof way to lose weight

2018-09-06 17:56:35 UTC

who got the keto/intermittent fasting diet plan

2018-09-06 17:56:52 UTC

still dont really know what keto is

2018-09-06 17:59:27 UTC

The one that I read was in The Bullet Proof Diet.

2018-09-06 18:02:28 UTC

Keto = basically no carbs

2018-09-06 18:02:46 UTC

I'm going to go eat some oatmeal and then go deadlift a quarter ton just to spite you guys đŸ˜¤

2018-09-06 18:03:04 UTC

Intermittent fasting = only eat during an 8 hour window

2018-09-06 18:03:36 UTC

Just wait until you get older @Suomi Stronk đŸ˜‰

2018-09-06 18:03:38 UTC

Keto is when your body uses fats for its primary fuel source rather than carbs OR proteins.

2018-09-06 18:03:40 UTC

There's kind of a cheat you can do with Keto and exercise. If you do high intensity training you'll burn tons of ATP. But because you don't consume carbs with Keto your body then uses fat to replenish all the lost ATP. So do like 5-10 sprints once a week and your bod will burn tons of fat the entire week.

2018-09-06 18:04:11 UTC

Proteins can also spike ones insulin levels, and don't forget about gluconeogensis.

2018-09-06 18:04:32 UTC

When you're body literaly *converts* other things into carbs.

2018-09-06 18:06:11 UTC

man, swype not doing me justice with all these typos

2018-09-06 18:09:22 UTC

does it disturb anyone else that the Democrats are now open to breaking the law and committing treason?

2018-09-06 18:09:23 UTC

thats kinda genious

2018-09-06 18:09:41 UTC

lol they have been for a long time

2018-09-06 18:10:00 UTC

treason is progressive

2018-09-06 18:13:36 UTC

unelected bureaucrats personally believing they have the moral authority to actively undermine elected officials

2018-09-06 18:13:54 UTC

Does anyone here study architecture or know someone that does?

2018-09-06 18:15:17 UTC

Just to be clear 16/8 isn't the only criteria for intermittent. Some people do 24 hour fasts (or longer) once a week (or more).

2018-09-06 18:15:20 UTC

@Kenneth - NV Architecture expert needed

2018-09-06 18:16:25 UTC

I don't exactly study it formally, but I know more than a thing or two about it

2018-09-06 18:16:32 UTC

What do you guys think of these water fasts? Are they good for a detox?

2018-09-06 18:17:52 UTC

I've done water fasting

2018-09-06 18:17:55 UTC

PM me

2018-09-06 18:22:47 UTC

Does intermittent fasting actually work, what exactly is it supposed to do

2018-09-06 18:23:18 UTC

the science is somewhat shaky

2018-09-06 18:24:40 UTC

Science is always "shaky" on things that can't make anyone any money

2018-09-06 18:26:14 UTC

tell that to kinobody

2018-09-06 18:28:29 UTC

@Wotan Reborn @Kenneth - NV @Deleted User

Okay, the question is . . .

"I am trying to calculate whether the fluting on a Corinthian Column taper relative to the entasis of the column, or if the fluting remains constant but the spacing of the flutes tighten up near the top."

2018-09-06 18:29:22 UTC

A study recently came out that proved that fasting highly correlates with longevity for mice. The control group had access to food at all times where as the experimentation group of mice had access to one meal a day. The mice that had access to only one meal a day on average lived 40% longer than the mice that had access to food at all time. However it is unknown whether the effect will translate to human longevity

Hmm
