@Freiheit - CA If it is half decent yeah. Its like Jiu Jitsu with skills vs strength. Skills are demographics and Strength is the efficiency of a governmental system. You can be really strong, but somebody with skill can make you into an unconscious pretzel pretty quickly. As the size and strength of your opponent increases, more skill is needed to compensate. Of course this applies to disparities that are not massive.
