The Red Heifer is a type of cow, there hasn't been a pure red heifer born in Israel since ancient times, it's a prophecy.

@Jacob The numbers add up at least. I know there are a lot of different factors adding in right now that aren't the direct results of Trump, but it's hard to say he hasn't had a positive impact.
