Western: an alliance but not an unholy mess like the EU
Central: the Visegrad bloc countries recreate the Austro-Hungarian Empire
Eastern: Russia but with its historical territories

NATO into military alliance. Add Russia who is pseudo cool with China but cmon there is tons of pressure there.

Russia and China are strengthening their military ties
US is trying to raise more fighter squadrons to counter an unlikely threat from a major power
